Abstract

The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on the activities of soil urease and invertase were studied in lab.The result showed that the effects of high concentrations200,500 μg/gof 1,3-dichloropropene on the activities of soil urease were first inhibition and then stimulation.Low concentrations1,10,50,100 μg/gof 1,3-dichloropropene showed stimulation-inhibition-stimulation.The level andsustained time ofinhibition and stimulation were proportional to the concentrations of the treatment. The effects of all concentrations on the activities of soil invertase took the similar change regulation. It showed stimulation at1 d after treatment.Along with the prolongation of the culture time, thestimulation activities got weaker gradually. After 20 d,the activities of soil invertase were in thedirection of increasing and reached maximum value at 30 d after treatment, then showed inhibition after 40 d.
