Abstract
With some resident building as example,through analysis of quality problems with prestressed pipe pile application in the practical engineering,the influencing factors of prestressed pipe pile quality problems under the special foundation condition were discussed.According to the practical situation,the rational strengthening measures were proposed,so as to make the foundation piles bearing can reach design requirement.
