Abstract

Combined with one high-rise building works in Shanghai the design of prestressed pipe pile is introduced from the calculation of ultimate settlement of pile foundation, determination of pile length and other aspects. Problems encountered in construction are also discussed in order to promote the application of prestressed pipe pile and ensure engineering quality.
