Rural movement: spillover of urban functions

By summarizing rural economic and social development characteristics in different stages of urban-rural evolution of urbanization process and analyzing comparatively the rural development in Japan and Korea, this article researches rural development problems of China deeply. It is concluded that the new rural construction strategy should be oriented on regional differences between urban and rural areas and realize the extension of urban functions by function division.
