Our country is prone to natural calamities.How to protect peasants' agricultural property,avoid their worry and improve agricultural production efficiently is an important subject to make overall plan and all-round consideration of the development in urban and rural areas and set up the harmonious society.Based on the will investigation of agricultural insurance among the farmers in 10 districts in Jiangsu,restrictive factors of agricultural insurance are analyzed and some suggestions to implement and popularize agricultural insurance are put forward.
