The Management System Reform of Postgraduate Students in Local Colleges and Universities from Perspective of Contingency Theory

At present,the contingency theory is widely used in management.After studying the current situation of the management system of postgraduate students in local colleges and universities,a series of problems are found,such as centralized power,information blockade,unscientific system and single organization type.Based on the contingency theory,some revolutionary measures for the management system of postgraduate students are put forward.They includes:power delegation,establishing sound information sharing platform,improving system construction and adjusting organization instructions.
