Use of Contingency Management Theory in Student Management at Medical Universities and Colleges

It is necessary for medical universities and colleges to apply contingency management theory in promoting student management,train high-quality medical talents with creative spirit and practical competence.In recent years,significant changes have taken place in the theory,level and model of university management.Based on contingency management theory and the current situation of student management,this paper puts forward some thoughts,hoping to use more expedient management method or model to ensure the efficiency of student management at medical universities and colleges.
