The clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lung lavage in the treatment of traumatic atelectasis

Objective To explore the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lung lavage in the treatment of traumatic atelectasis. Methods The control group received conventional treatment and symptomatic and supportive treatment of nasal suction catheter,the observation group were given symptomatic and supportive treatment based on fiberoptic bronchoscopy lung lavage treatment,observed and compared the clinical efficacy of postoperative complications. Results The total effective rate was 95.6%,significantly higher than the 66.7%(P 0.05).27 cases(60.0%) could be achieved by fiberoptic bronchoscopy lung; both groups of patients during treatment in no serious complications. Conclusion Patients with traumatic atelectasis fiberoptic bronchoscopic lung lavage treatment can effectively relieve airway obstruction and promote lung recruitment, improved clinical outcomes.
