Abstract
This study compares autonomous college English teaching and traditional college English teaching in two groups by methods of literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and empirical study.The results show that autonomous college English teaching can help promote students' autonomous learning ability,and autonomous college English teaching in experimental class much better in teaching effects than that of traditional English teaching in control class.
