Flood Control in Beijing Section of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer project

To improve flood prevention work in Beijing section of the Middle Route of the South-North Water Transfer project,we must establish the various responsibility systems on flood control,grasp key positions of flood prevention,target prevention,check,rule out the hidden work,establish strong organization at all levels,develop targeted flood exercise,reserve supplies of adequate flood control,strictly implement the responsibility system on flood control,co-ordinate and scientifically making decision on flood prevention,rationally allocate resources for flood prevention,truly implement flood prevention and accountability in Beijing section of the South-to-North Water Transfer project to assure that the facilities safety in Beijing section and the water supply in the capital city.
