It talks about such new flood management approaches of Tiaoqi in Yuhang as planning flood detention basins with different levels,setting up the new idea of risk-taking in flood management,improving water dispatching,enhancing flood control construction,revising material distribution,and fulfilling flood prevention with scientific information.
