Since the Reform and Opening up,Chinese residents' property income has been steadily increasing,but due to the influence of unfavorable factors in market and system,income gap among residents has been broadening,which not only aggravates the polarization between the rich and the poor,but has a bad effect on social equality.Therefore,it is imperative to control residents' property income gap. China should use the experience of other countries for reference and effectively bridge the income gap for a more balanced growth of property income by strengthening and perfecting the control in financial market,real estate market,social security system and transfer payment system.
