On Helping More People Possess Property Income

Property income gradually becomes an important part of people's income in recent years. To create conditions for people to increase property income is an important aspect of income distribution system reformation in China. Considering current problems including the polarization in property income of urban and rural residents, the scarcity in the ways to make income,the lowlevel of gross income,the unbalanced economic development and the limited coverage of property income,the paper argues that only through speeding up economic development,adjusting the income distribution system,improving the laws and regulations regarding property rights,establishing and improving multi-level capital market system suitable to China's national conditions, and strengthening education for all,can we trulyhelp more people possess property income.
