Analysis on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Construction of the Socialist New Countryside in Jilin Province

Based on a deep understanding of the meaning and basic characteristics of the of the socialist new countryside,considering of the actual situation in some rural areas of Jilin Province,a comprehensive evaluation index system with regard to the construction of a new countryside was build.Using factor analysis method analyzes the implementation of the construction of the socialist new countryside.The level of construction of the socialist new countryside is not high and the development is unbalanced,there is still a long way to go.The results of the analysis provide a scientific basis for the all levels of governments to develop some new strategies for the construction of the socialist new countryside.
