Abstract

According to the CPC Central Committee on the development of the national economy and social development in the 10th FiveYear Plan′s recommendations to explore the connotation and features of a new socialist countryside,combined to the relevant research results and a new socialist countryside development characteristics,index system and quantifiable targets of building new socialist countryside in Shijiazhuang City was proposed.
