Comparison Study on Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined Moving Cupping Therapy and Medicine on Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective To observe clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type through acupuncture combined moving cupping therapy,and to compare the effects of treatment of Sibelium.Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture-cup traction group(32 cases)and medication traction group(31 cases).The two groups were both treated by intravenous drip of Danshen Injection.Acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture cervical acu-point and combined with Moving Cup on the nape(14 days).Medication group was administrated by oral administration of Sibelium(14 dasys).Results There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P0.05).But the duration for beginning effect and the score of main symptoms had a significant difference in the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with acupuncture combined moving cupping therapy has a definite therapeutic and quicker effect,Meanwhile the main clinical symptoms has a very significant progress.
