Abstract

The quantitative analysis of 7% abamectin-cypermethrin EW by RP-HPLC with sinochrom C18 column at UV 246 nm was introduced.The results showed that the standard deviation for abamectin B1a,abamectin B1b and cypermethrin were 0.009,0.007 and 0.009,the variation coefficients were 0.8%,17.5% and 0.1%,linear correlation were 0.999 9,0.999 5 and 0.999 8,the average recoveries were 100.3%,99.8% and 99.9%,respectively.
