Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to provide scientific basis for formulating the quality standard of 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW.[Method] The contents of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW were determined and analyzed by HPLC.[Result] The concn.-peak area regression equations of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in the control solutions were Y=762.90X+15.84 and Y=727.94X+18.91 resp.and they had good linear relationship in the range of 10.0-100.0 μg/ml.In precision test,the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.5% and 0.7% resp.In repeatability experiment,the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.9% and 0.5% resp.The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 96.06% and 96.31% resp.and both of their minimal detection limits were 0.32 μg/ml.The contents of abamectin in 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW stored by heat-treated storage and normal storage were 12.54% and 12.81% resp.and that of chlorpyrifos were 0.231% and 0.235% resp.[Conclusion] This method had high accuracy,strong specificity and good sensitivity and stability and its determination results were reliable.
