Abstract

The right to fair trial is one of the basic rights stipulated by the constitution.Compared with the stipulations about the right to fair trial in other countries' constitutions,there are a lot of deficiencies in China's constitution.In order to meet the requirements about the judicial justice of harmonious society,it is necessary for China to stipulate the right to fair trial as one of the constitutional basic rights.
