On Citizen's Right of Fair Trial and Constitutional Protection

The right of fair trial is the citizen's right to be fairly judged. As a fundamental right of a citizen, the right of fair trial is protected in constitution of many countries. However, there are still many shortcomings in protection of the right of fair trial in Chinese constitution. In order to protect the right of fair trial, China should directly stipulate it as the fundamental right of citizen. The content of the right of fair trial should be consistent with the related stipulations in the citizen rights and political rights of international convention and the constitutional litigation system should be established.
