On Positions in an Engineering Community and the Position-persons

Every person holds a position and plays a role in an engineering community that usually takes the form of the firm or enterprises.It is advanced in this essay that every person is a unity of one’s own person and a position-person.The dynamic interaction between an individual as a person and a team as an engineering community is analyzed.A position means a role.A person becomes a position-person in a firm by means of recruitment,which means that a role comes on the stages.The situation in which a position-person works in a firm means a role at present.A person relinquishing a position means that a role exits.In the end the humanity and the relationship between one’s own person and a position-person is analyzed from the point of view of the yin and yang theory.
