Abstract
Taking 11 public listed agricultural companies as the samples,factor analysis is used to obtain their performance data,and regression analysis is conducted to explore the relationship between the capital structure of a company and its financial performance.The results show that the optimal capital structure of the sample companies lies in an interval.But the listed agricultural companies are demanded to rationally adjust their equity capital structure,strengthen their inspection of creditors′ rights and constantly improve their overall financial management,in order to give full play to the positive influence of the capital structure on the financial performance.
