To Observe the Clinical Effect of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets and Nystatin Suppositories in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis

Objective To explore the reliable and clinically effective method to treat fungal vaginitis,so as to provide reference for relevant clinical research and treatment.Methods Firstly,the relevant experience of our hospital's clinical treatment of fungal vaginitis was summarized,and then 168 cases of fungal vaginitis patients were selected as the research object,who were treated in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 December.The cases were randomly divided into the nystatin suppositories treatment group and the Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets treatment group,with 84 patients in each group.Two groups used the nystatin suppositories and Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets respectively.Overall clinical effects were compared between the two groups with different clinical treatment measures.Results Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets treatment group was,in terms of total efficiency,significantly higher than that of nystatin suppositories treatment group(83.33% VS 100.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 15.272 7,P = 0.000 1).Conclusion In the clinical treatment for fungal vaginitis patients,compared with nystatin suppositories therapy,the clinical effect of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets treatment was significantly better,thus the later is the reliable choice for mycotic vaginitis patients.
