Abstract
This paper designed a real-time system of video image processing based on TI DSP of TMS320C6416 and Altera FPGA of EP1C4F400C8.The system used DSP as a main image processing unit, accomplished logic control of data catching and transmission with FPGA,and implemented data buffer with ping-pong operation. The design principle was introduced. The construction of acquisition part, logic control of FPGA,and DSP interrupt respond of data transmission and processing were also expanded. The experiment results indicate that hardware architecture is effective and feasible, the performance meets the requirement of real-time processing, and the system has a significant practical application value.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
