Abstract

The simulated high level liquid radioactive waste(HLLW)was dried at 100 ℃for 24 hby the oven drying,then the precursor was calcined at different temperatures and time by the muffle furnace.The calcined products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and SEM.The results show that the dired precursors undertake a series of decomposing and compounding reactions during calcining.It can be convertd to solid oxide at the calcination temperature over 800 ℃for 0.5h.
