Empirical research on spillover effects of regional innovation——analysis based on dynamic panel model of Beyond knowledge production function

Collecting data of Enterprise-university-institute cooperation,FDI and innovation related,using dynamic panel econometric model beyond the knowledge production function.The paper examines technology innovation spillovers about 30 provincial regions in China's during 1998-2008.Results show that : Enterprise-university-institute cooperation overflow is positive but not significant in short-term;significantly positive in medium-term,the effect is obvious;performance is significantly negative in the long term.FDI technology spillover is significantly positive in the short term,significantly negative medium-term,significantly positive in long-term.Based on this,the paper puts forward effective policy recommendations to enhance regional innovation capability.
