Surveillance of antibody level of measles among healthy population in Dalian City 2012

Objective To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Dalian City and immunization status of people,and provide an instruction for the effective implementation of measles prevention and control strategies.Methods The ELISA test was used to detect IgG antibody of measles,analysis with excel and description.Results 1224 people were tested,The positive rate of measles antibody was 91.99%.GMC is 1290.83mUI/ml The positiverate of measles antibody was significantly different between different districts.Conclusion The measles antibody level in healthy population is higher than average in this city.enhance and sustain high measles antibody level in some area.
