Abstract

Objective To understand the status of immunization against measles in healthy population. Method Healthy people aged from 2 to 40 years old were randomly selected to detect the antibody levels of measles. Results The rate and geometric mean titer(GMT) of protection for measles were 95.42% and 1∶1 047.60,respectively. The positive rate of measles antibody was different among age groups. Conclusion A good immunological barrier against measles has formed.
