Abstract
At present,China has the highest economic growth rates among countries all over the world and became the world's second largest trade nation in 2010.With the acceleration of international trade competitions,China's intellectual property protection issue in international trade becomes increasingly conspicuous.On the basis of analyzing existing problems in China's intellectual property protection as well as causes of infringement,relevant countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
