Abstract
Objective: To investigate therapeutic methods for dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy treating chronic dcryocystitis.Method: The clinical rate of 45 eyes with chronic dacryocystitis accepted dacryocystorhinostomy through nasal cavity and lacrimal sac were analysed retrospectively. Result: 38 eyesrecovered, the rate was 84.4%. 5 eyes improved, the rate was 11.2%; and 2 eyes invalided, the rate was 4.5%. Conclusion: Compare to dacryocystorhinostomy through skin, dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy has several advantages such as easy maniqulation, little hemorrhage, no scar of face after operation.
