Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of endoscopic surgery for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 58 eyes with chronic dacryocystitis accepted dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy.Results During a follow_up period of 2-24 months,38 eyes recovered completely and 16 eyes improved.The effect rate was 93 1%.Conclusion Compare to traditional method,dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy has several advantages such as:no wound on face,little hemorrhage,easy manipulation,high effect rate,etc.
