Abstract

The emergence of the aesthetic consciousness of the Chinese nation is the unique focus in the history of the aesthetics before the Qin dynasty, which includes the prehistoric civilization, the Shang dynasty, the Zhou dynasty and the Period of the Warring States with three levels covering the object of articles, the perceptual object of literature and art and the aesthetic concept of rationality. The history of the pre-Qin aesthetics embodies both the common law of the emergence of the aesthetics of mankind and the unique aesthetic spirit of the Chinese nation, and lays the solid foundation for the classical aesthetic consciousness of China.
