On functions of poets of early Tang Dynasty in forming of metrical pattern of poetry

Forming of metrical pattern of poetry is one of the most important events in the Tang Dynasty.Shen Quanqi and Song Zhiwen are considered those who eventually completed metrical pattern of poetry.In recent years,Four-talented Poets and Four Literary Friends' functions in this process also receive much concern.By comparing their poetry in terms of literary genre and rhyme,it can be concluded that Du Shenyan and Li Qiao completed the metrical pattern of poetry preliminarily and Shen-song promoted the process more perfectly.
