Abstract
A determination method of isoprothiolane residue was established by GC equipped with ECD detector. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned by florisil-SPE column and determined by external standard method, the comparison was made for detection by ECD and FPD,Chinese cabbage and other seven kinds of common vegetables in different levels of isoprothiolane recoveries were performed. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 80. 51 %- 120. 06 % and the coefficient of variation was 2. 62 %- 10. 02 %. The minimum detectable concentration of isoprothiolane was. 0. 01mg / kg. It was suitable for common detection of isoprothiolane residues in vegetables
