An Exploration to Regional Sustainable Development under Low Carbon Economy

Abstract

As to regional economy development,energy conservation and emission reduction are the inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development.Only in this way can we crack the problems in heavy chemical development and environment protection.To develop low-carbon economy and realize the sustainable development,we have to:adhere to the guidance of scientific development and establish the philosophy of low-carbon development;adjust and optimize the industry structure to transform the mode of economy development;strengthen the ecological construction to build environment-friendly society.
