Abstract

To evaluate the safety of Chlorpyrifos in apple and establish its use specification, residue and degradation dynamics of Chlorpyrifos were tested. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and analyzed by GC with FPD detector using external standard method. The half-life of Chlorpyrifos in apple and soil were 3.6 to 8.2 days and 5.8 to 11.5 days, respectively. Final residues of Chlorpyrifos in apple was 0.001~0.019 mg·kg-1, and 0.001~0.005 mg·kg-1in soil.
