Female genitourinary tract Chlamydia trachomatis,Ureaplasma urealyticum infection with infertility correlation

Objective:Of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis,Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and the relationship between infertility.Methods:Experimental group,50 cases of patients diagnosed as infertile.Randomly selected control group had 50 cases of women with normal fertility.System real time quantitative RT-PCR technology and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the Chlamydia trachomatis urogenital tract,the expression of UU.Result:①Experimental group,female genitourinary tract Chlamydia trachomatis,Ureaplasma urealyticum higher expression of.Both experimental and control group ratio of about 1.8/1 (P0.05).②Observation group and control group data were statistically immunohistochemical comparison,significant differences (P0.05).Conclusion:Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum and infertility are closely related,suggesting that clinical examination should focus on Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum.
