Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significances of Ureaplasma urealyticum detection and Chlamydia trachomatis detection among infertile women. Methods:Ninety infertile women who were treated in outpatient department recently were selected, while one hundred and twenty normal women were selected as control group.Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis in cervical secretion and pelvic fluid of women in the two groups were detected, the infection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis in the two groups were compared, the infection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis in primary infertility group and secondary infertility group were analyzed. Results:The detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in infertility group was 28.9%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(8.3%)(P0.05);the detection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis in cervical secretion of secondary infertility group were 37.7%(23/61) and 9.8%(6 / 61),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in primary infertility group;the detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum in pelvic fluid of secondary infertility group was significantly higher than that in primary infertility group. Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis are important factors inducing infertility, detecting Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis regularly has important clinical significance.
