On Ideological Education in Career Guidance for College Students

Abstract

At present,it is not so easy for a college student to hold a job.One of dominant reasons the authors consider,is that graduates still have not adapted themselves to the popularity of higher education so that they can not adjust their career concept as well as occupational expectation.So it is necessary and urgent to enhance the ideological education in career guidance for college students in order to help them change job-seeking concept,adjust the attitude towards finding a job,and formulate the correct value of career.Moreover,we have to guide them to recognize and evaluate themselves properly,by means of combinating the realization of individual value with the development of our country and need of society.As a result,college students will find themselves on a vast stage with a peaceful and prudent mind.
