Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect comparison of erythromycin and azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 150 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from 2014 February to February 2015,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 75 people, all of them were given expectorant cough, fever to heat treatment, the observation group was given azithromycin treatment, the control group was given erythromycin treatment, curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups children were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(92%)was higher than that of the control group in the total efficiency(76%),the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,P 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, compared with erythromycin had good curative effect, adverse reaction rate is low, there is a better solution in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
