Education of Employment Ideology: New Focus and Initial Point of Moral Education in University

With the coming of the age of China's higher- education popularization, the education of employment in university is becoming more and more important. Currently students have four obvious warps in their employment attitude such as the warps of life value outlook, employment outlook, job- selecting psychology and honest quality. The education of employment should associate political- ideology education with psychological education into one and is considered as a new focus and initial point in moral education in university and as an important task in university under new circumstances. Strengthening the education of employment must require instructing and guiding students to set up a life value outlook with Three Represents' Theory, must intensify the education of student outlooks of employment, talent- making and business- starting; must reinforce the education of employment psychology and honesty; must innovate the ideas and mechanism of employment education.
