A Brief Analysis of the Outlook on Employment Education for Contemporary University Students

Faced with serious employment situation,colleges and universities ought to strengthen the outlook on employment education of their students and guide them to transform their ideas.After pointing out existing wrong outlook on obtaining employment of college students,such as utilitarianism,narrow and conservative action and passive attitudes,etc,the article analyses the causes from two aspects,individual subjective factors and objective factors,like the transformation of society,common ideas,college education,employment guidance and family environment.Therefore,we strongly propose that universities should insist on combining whole-process education with concentrated education,obtaining employment education combined with ideological and political education,and professional education with part-time personnel education.Only doing so can we help college students make good choices about obtaining employment.
