Abstract

Thorough Explanation of Qu and Ci of Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, written by WANG Xue-qi, and WANG Jing-zhu, has caused universal attention from academia ever since its on market. Analyzing the characteristics of the book with plenty of examples, this paper proves that the book is one of the greatest in the field of commentary work on classics and also praises and honors the precise and assiduous spirit of the authors.
