Abstract

Quality education is the main goal of Chinese education reform.Physical education of universities has the duty of training students to be strong and has the duty of letting them master more things about health so as to benefit from it in lives.It is worthy of paying attention to health education when the physical education workers are teaching.And this is also a good research subject.It certainly makes creative effects in teaching reform and good to students' sound in body and mind.
