Rule of law is the strong guarantee of food safety

Abstract

Food safety is a major issue related to nation's economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,food safety incidents often occur and is becoming serious.The strengthening of food safety supervision and inspection by law has become a practical problem needed to be solved urgently.In view of current food safety situation in our country,this article discussed the importance of the legal construction of the food safety,expounded the problems existing in the system of laws and regulations of food safety in the country,and put forward the corresponding proposal in order to guarantee food safety.
