Abstract

People's health is seriously damaged by pesticide residues in food.GC-MS detecting technology was widely used in the inspection of pesticide residues in various types of food,since it is fast, simple,accurate.The main types of pesticide residues in food,the advantage of GC-MS detecting technology and the application in the detection of various types of food were reviewed.The trends of GC-MS detecting technology were also discussed.
