The Train of Thought and the Countermeasure of the Improvement of Cultural dynamics of population of Anhui Province

The main problems in the economic construction in Anhui province are that the input in education is insufficient, with the bad condition for running a school and the educational undertaking is relatively backward generally for the weak economic base , which cause the low cultural dynamics of the population in Anhui Province, especially of the labouring population and the economic development of Anhui Province has been seriously restricted .In accordance with the existing problems in education and the current situation of cultural dynamics in Anhui province and combining the situation and power of the province and the Revitalizing Anhui with Science and Education , we propose the following feasible countermeasures and advice : to give priority to education development , including the adjustment of education structure to meet the need of marketing-oriented economy ; to increase the input of the government in education and set up a new system of raising funds by various kinds of means ; to strengthen and develop the basis education in the country and to optimize the rural education structure ; to strengthen faculty training and set up a high-quality teaching staff .
