Abstract
The optimum extraction parameters of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum indicum by ultrasonic were investigated including alcohol content, the ratio of material and liquid, extraction time and temperature. It was found that the orders of parameters affecting extraction efficiency were alcohol content, extraction time, extraction temperature and the ratio of material and liquid. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as followed:alcohol content 60%,time 50 min, temperature 40℃and the ratio of material and liquid 1:40.Under these conditions, the content of flavunoids reached 3.97%.
