On Confucianism from the Perspective of Ancient Law

Abstract
The article attempts to indicate that in the mind of Confucianism the religious etiquette is also regarded as the state law and vice verse from the analysis of 《The Kingdom Government》,《Brief Analysis of the Law of Tang Dynasty》and《The Law and Rules of Qing Dynasty》.This viewpoint corresponds with ideologies represented in other influential lawful works such as《On Manu Law》of Indian religion,《The Old Christianity》of Jewish law,ancient Greek law and ancient Rome law in the word.So《The Kingdom Government》discloses the fact that the characteristics of Confucianism is more or less the same with that of other state laws in the world.
