Observation of the Comprehensive Efficacy of Ozone Combined with Clotrimazole in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of ozone combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of fungal vaginitis and provide reliable clinical evidence for the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods 180 outpatients with simple fungal vaginitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole,500 mg once a day.The experimental group was treated with ozone on the basis of the control group.The patients were followed up on the 7 th day after using drugs and the second menstruation after treatment.The vaginal fungal was detected and the efficacy 24 hours after treatment was taken for statistics.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.56%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of 82.22% of the control group(P 0.05).On the 7 th day after treatment,the negative rate of candida albicans in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P 0.05),the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions Ozone combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of fungal vaginitis can effectively improve the efficacy,and reduce the recurrence rate.
